Hey everyone. Re-started Atkins on Jan 5 and am still doing induction. Things are going pretty good but I've reached that dreaded first plateau and need a little positivity. I'll be the first to admit, as a veggie avoider, I've not had a strictly clean induction, but I have stayed within 20g a day. Diet sodas are down to 2 or 3 a day. Drinking a little more water than I use to. Eating much less calories than I use to. Have started walking. The last week I've stalled out (but not gained
). I'm very pleased with the 20+ lbs so far, it just gets hard seeing the scales putting on the brakes when you have so far to go. Sometimes it just feels like you are giving up alot (of foods you use to enjoy without limits) to lose so little (at a tme). I know in the end what I'll gain is my life back, self-respect, confidence, etc. Any advice, criticism, or cheerleaders welcome.
