So, I didn't want to post on here until after I had some success. I feel like I've posted before and got my hopes up about starting, and I had to start myself first, then talk about the results after I got myself started.
I've been on a SERIOUSLY STRICT CLEAN induction since Sunday. After the first 3-4 days I started exercising and I weighed myself at the gym today and was 284! I was 300 just over a week ago. It was a nice boost to see that number. I'm still doing good, its a little difficult some days to come up with something I want to eat. I've been seriously drinking some water and no coffee or tea or sweetners at all. I'm not comfortable with being fat, and I won't be for long...
I don't think I'll have any problems sticking to this forever, but if you don't hear from me or if you do, Please bug me guys!
