    YAY! 2 Ibs down and a few inches down in my first week!

    Thats not too bad!! I only have 9Ibs to loose so i'm happy with that on induction for day 5!!

    Arrgh its been hard second time round and last night i was craving sugar sooooo much...went and had a hot bath and a fennel tea and craving went...thank god!! Also i just stay out of the kitchen, i find the more i go in and open the fridge the more i want to cheat, just stay out is my advice!

    Does anyone get the craving for something crunchy to eat??
