  • 28 pounds in 5 weeks

    I still have another 40 pounds to lose but the end is in sight!!
    It definitely feels wonderful to be back in the 100's and getting further and further away from the 200s.

    I was having some potassium issues and only worked out once a week. Now I've got all the tools and keeping it under control so I can start working out 5 times a week and really hit my goal.

    I haven't felt this good in so long!

    Trust me...if I can do it, anybody can do this. Keep going and don't get discouraged, even if you mess up. I messed up once and I've still managed to get back on track and do great.

    Congrats! You've done awesome and you'll do even better now that you start exercising 5x a week.

      It's really nice when you begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel, isn't it? Congrats on the 28 pounds gone FOREVER!!
