I started at 255 on February 28th and reached 230 on May 9th! I've been exercising and eating low carb without being "overly" obsessed with it. It's so much easier now that I'm not thinking about it and just making it a WOL. I'm hoping to hit 220 by June 15th. My goal is to stick this out and get under 200 by September 1st. I'll continue on as I have a weigh in with my brother on New Year's Eve. Here's to successful weight loss!!
