I lost only 6 lbs. during Induction, then stalled. After 7 weeks, there's been no further weight loss and I'm not losing inches either. Any suggestions?

Are you drinking all of your water? Excercising? Watching out for hidden carbs? Eating your veggies? We really would need more information to be able to try to help you figure out if you're doing anything that could be preventing weight loss.

Yep all of the above and since your sig says you are in OWL first rung did you add any new fods you hadn't had on Induction? did you make any changes in your eating or lifestyle including your exercise since you moved to OWL? Did you remember to only eat enough food at the time you are eating to satisfy your hunger at that time and stop? Adding the nee carbs means you should be eating slightly less of your fatty induction foods.

Actually, I did run into some problem foods during Induction. Mayo, tuna, avocado. I immediately eliminated these foods which, by the way, knocked me out of ketosis as well as causing some adverse symptoms. By the following day, I was back in ketosis and losing again though. Then I tried some ground flax seed. Big mistake! It triggered horrible cravings and once again I got knocked out of ketosis. This time it took me a full week to start registering anything again on the sticks but I didn't go back to losing this time.
Someone suggested I up the amount of veggies so I moved on to Rung 1. After 2 weeks there and still no further weight loss, I moved to Rung 4 for 2 weeks, continued to remain stalled so I tried Rung 2. That didn't change anything either so now I've gone back to Rung 1. There are several foods I have eaten consistently throughout the different rungs I've tried (beef, olive oil, lettuce, eggs) and I'm thinking that maybe I need to eliminate these one at a time and see if that makes a difference. I may have developed an intolerance to one of them from eating them every day.
I'm staying physically active and drinking enough water on most days but could do a little better on the water. I tend to schedule my grocery shopping where I'm not rushed and have plenty of time to read labels. I've been taking the fat grams x 9, carbs and protein x 4 and if that total doesn't jive with what's listed as the total calories, I assume the discreprancy = hidden carbs and have avoided those products or else added the extra carbs into my food log. I've stayed away from the frankenfoods, no processed meats. My BMR is 1600 and I've tried to keep my calories between 1600 - 1800 and my carbs close to 30 with protein between 50 - 60 grams.Lisa (Female - 54)
