i am a atkins veteran with a long story. battling the bulge since about year 2000 when i got over the 250 lb mark. in late summer 2003 i was up to 300. diets dont work and exercise for me is only good if i was still playing sports. so i read the atkins book and went for it. from sept 03 - dec 7 03 i lost 40 lbs felt great and said christmas is here time to indulge. that was it never went back back up to 300. tried atkins numerous times never worked but one time lost 30 and self destructed. now currently i am 340 i am on atkins one last time first three weeks were ok then cheat or binge time. now this week is at 2 weeks again. not losing weight becoming frustated. the only thing i remember when i lost the weight fast was the atkins induction vitamin packs especially the accel seemed to really give me a weight loss boost any body reading this who knows that there are similar safe vitamins and products please help thanx steve
