Well hello my lovelies! This list chronicles every week from the day i started till yesterday, which is 12 weeks total. I'm putting this up here because a lot of us are easily discouraged, and have a hard time seeing the big picture. I know I do! you get this idea in your head that that scale is going to go down every single day consistantly, and when it doesn't we freak out. I want people to see that the little stalls and misteps don't mean a thing in the big picture as long as you keep at it. All the fluctuations are normal. Heck look at mine! some of them are just ridiculous, and this isn't even counting the daily fluctuations. But then look at my average. Its right where I want it to be at nearly two pounds a week.

I love that you show your progress and its SOOOO true about how people shouldn't see the day by day results - Instead look at the BIG PICTURE - it really shows the true progress - Congrats to the weight loss and the official title of *ADMIRAL*
