  • Induction POWER!! GO WEIGHTLOSS

So I started almost 2 weeks ago... I started at a whopping 206 now I am at 191... 15 lbs in two weeks.... So I am having the problem now that I am not hungry that often but am not eating many calories?? Should I be worried or not that I am not hungry? I am eating just to be satisfied...

Nope. That's part of it. You do need to make sure that you don't go too long without eating at least a little bit of something, though. One thing I do is split things up into smaller snacks during the day and I rarely go 4 hours without something small.

this is when it's so important to make sure you are taking your supplements. Make sure you get smaller snack size meals in during the day -- you have to eat -- you're appetite will come back -- try eating a couple hard boiled eggs or cheese during the day to get your protein in -- have a couple small salads during the day or a small salad and some other veggies (green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber) as a snack. Make sure also that you are still getting enough pure water in also.

        Re: Induction POWER!! GO WEIGHTLOSS

Appetite loss is quite normal in the first few weeks. As others have said, it gradually starts to come back as you add back the carbs. Congratulations, and keep on the wagon!

Oh, and even moderate exercise really helps.

I agree on the exercise.. I walk with my daughter (pulling her wagon) almost every day for at least 45 minutes. She loves to say hi to people and I get a good burn. I am up to 20 pounds lost in 3 weeks. I also drink over 70 oz of water and my ketone strips are still VERY PURPLE. I know I am not dehydrated so this must be a good thing. I pee all the time!!! you guys are so supportive and great!

normally the darker the color on the stick the more dehydrated you are but there are other reasons. You are either IN or NOT IN keotsis so the color really doesn't water. The 70 oz of water you drink daily - is it pure water (nothing added) or do you put crystal light or sugar free kool-aid in it? The only water you count toward your daily total is pure water. The mixes have chemicals and aspartame in them (aspartame isn't allowed)

It sounds like you are doing good so far - make sure you get enough veggies, fats and protein in daily even if you really aren't hungry -- if you go too low on carbs and calories you're body will start rebelling.

            Good luck.

Thank you so much for you post! I just had a baby girl (6 months ago) and have been working out 3 days a week with a trainer... running every other day but am still at 185lbs which is where I started 3 months ago! I know my body has gotten stronger but I stumbled across this site and you and a few peoples stories have totally inspired me! I hope it's still going strong for you! I hope I can write a similar story in a month and that this is what I need to finally kick start the lbs to start dropping! Congrats!
