  • just got back from vacay, ready to go! =)

    I just got back from vacation, and I felt so guilty eating so much. Now I'm back, and ready to go! Im currently 200 pounds, and I need to lose at least 50 pounds by labor day weekend. I can do this, and I have faith this diet will lead me to success! I'll keep everybody updated =)

    You might lose 50 pounds by Labor Day 2010. Good luck.

      Its great to have a goal but please don't get upset if you don't get there in the amount of time you have set. Your body will loose the weight at it's rate, not by the calendar.

      Follow the plan the way it's written if you want good results, when people do things their way that's where they go wrong. Drink plenty of pure water (64oz minimum) daily, exercise (it's mandatory), eat all your veggies and get enough fat in your meals.

        I know it's a big goal and stuff, but I know I can do this. I've lost 15 pounds in a week before.... So I'm not too worried. I just started couple days ago and I'm already down 9 pounds. And I work out for 3 hours a day, and run 8-10 miles daily. I can already see differences. I'll prove myself, just watch. =)
