Well Guys today is the start of day 4 of my diet, first timer here!!. Loving it so far, although I do believe I have the Induction 'flu' and have had since yesterday afternoon, but I am determined to get through this and carry on. I weighed myself on Sunday morning, and I was a staggering 256 pounds, I couldnt beleive it, I never thought I was that heavy. So I started, and so far on day four, 6 pounds have gone. Now down to 250 flat. My ideal weight is 180, thats my goal, its a long way off yet, but after the first 4 days it now seems do-able. (Although I will have a little glitch on the way). I have my best friends Stag weekend in Spain the beginning of September, which will involed copious amounts of alcohol lol. I just hope I can lose between 15 and 20 pounds before then.
I will keep you updated on my progress as I weigh myself.
