I started the Atkins diet on August 3rd, and today is the 5th, and I'm down 9 pounds. I'm at 191 now, which is really exciting. I'm not too hungry, and I've been running approx. 8-10 miles daily, along with lifting weights and floor exercises.
i'll keep you guys updated on my weigh ins =) i'm trying not to weigh myself everyday, but it's addicting seeing yourself lose pounds daily. and it's extremely motivating. i will keep everyone posted! thanks =) =)
