  • 30lbs down and counting!!

As a thank you to all of you who have supported me, in a direct or indirect way, by replying to my treads, and simply by shearing your experience as well as being helpful and supportive, I would like to share my unfinished story, for the upcoming members =)
My name is Maja, I come from Macedonia (a land far far away!) =)) I ve had problems with my weight since forever, when I was 16 I had around 5-7 pounds more than I was supposed to have, and thought I was extremely fat, so I started with extreme diets, such as this one...I lost 10 pounds in a very short term , and went back to normal eating...after a year or so, I gained the weight back and added around 10 pounds to that....2 years after that I decided to do something about my weight yet again...I went to a nutritionist, paid a bunch of money and had a diet made for me and lost around 34lbs in 2 months...being satisfied by the way I looked, I stopped the diet before its ending, and a year - year and a half after that I had gained back the lost weight and off course DOUBLED it...and brought my self in a situation where I weighted around 253,5 lbs....the problem was I was to stubborn to do something about it, that until I started to have health issues like high blood pressure (having in mind that I m a female and that I m only 23, high blood pressure is a very big issue)... so June 29 I sat with myself and decided to finally do something about it, didn't have any ideas which diet to start, so I started goggling and searching for the answer =) I somehow ended up on this forum, and started reading your stories, it was very inspirational for me in every way so June 30 I started the journey =) and till today (and being on induction all the way) so 4 and a half weeks from than I ve lost around 33lbs!!! So half my goal is reached!! Still planning to stay on induction for some time, and will start to exercise a week from now, signed a contract with a gym =)
So that’s my story, here are some photos form before and now (during) the first 3 are from last may, and last summer (didn’t have a lot of pictures where you can see my body) and the last picture is taken just 3 days ago, right after I came back from holyday…

    and 3 days ago....
