  • Second start

    Well, after a fairly successfull 3 weeks (-17Lbs.) I failed this weekend and have since gained 7Lbs back. Well I have started Induction all over again and I'm going to share my results here throughout my Induction. So here goes...

    Starting weight: 329.0
    Chest: 54.5
    Waist: 59.5
    Goal weight: 255.

    I'm going to try to stay away from the scale for a week or more, but I know that will be hard. Wish me luck.

    You did it once, so you can definitely do it twice. Have you looked at participating in the extended induction challenge. It helps to keep you accountable and motivated.

      Well, today I hit one of my first Mini goal weights. 320 lbs. Even having cheated one day it's still working awesomely. I'll just keep on trucking.

          I agree with atkinsgal. Focusing on why you cheat is an important step. Only after you know "why" can you change the "what to do next time".
