Yeah! After being on the Atkins for 5 months, I have lost 22 pounds and 7 pounds away from my goal. My wedding is coming up in 3 weeks and I am so close. Even if I don't reach my goal weight before than, I feel great, stronger, mentally healthier and free from food cravings. Thank you Dr. Atkins and all supporters! 
What I have learned about my weight loss journey:
1. Only include nuts as condiments on meals. Can not eat alone.
2. Can't weigh frequently. Fluctuations are too discouraging
3. Keto-stix not always reliable
4. Can't tell trainers what I eat. Everyone is against low carbing especially if you are lifting weights
5. External people do not understand the benefits and studies of Atkins and only go off what they have heard in the media regarding high fat and cholesterol, etc.
6. I need to relax and love my self. Cortisol is a killer for weight loss
