I know i post on here alot but I must thank you guys again. I read these posts everday and its my only motivation.
Today is day 52 (started Jan 1, 2010) and I hit the 300 mark. I still have 50 pounds to go and can only hope it goes as well as the first 43 lbs.
My typical atkins day is: Breakfast 2 eggs (cooked in olive oil), 3 or 4 oz piece of meat (steak, chicken). 1 cup of broccoli or cauliflower with butter. Lunch 4 to 6 oz meat (chicken, steak, fish) cup of salad greens maybe a piece of tomato with oil and vinegar dressing. Dinner Same as lunch. I eat my veggies for breakfast as it seems to give me more energy during the day. I ride my bike for 30 min each day..and get my heart rate up to 120 or 130. Oh and I drink 6 to 8 , 20 oz bottles of water a day.
When I started atkins I was 343..was constantly out of breath..and when i would eat i would feel terrible. I would feel bloated...i would have no energy whatsoever and I would keep eating (dumb I know).
On Atkins I have plenty of energy (I even went to Disneyland and lasted all day walking around and riding rides with plenty of energy to spare)

My routine will not change as long as I continue to lose the weight and feel good.
My hope is that all of you succed as I am on Atkins...
