started on atkins on March 1st 2009....SW 360 got down to 239...Christmas and weather (no excuse) I wasnt able to keep up with my exercise program and binged on occasion. Starting again on March 1st 2010 with exercise and revised eating to get to goal of 220...CW 257...I am very pleased with this diet and love the energy that goes along with it...I will try and post some pics soon...workout consisted of 4 days a week running/walking at local high school track and running bleachers. Lifting at local gym...personal best on bench press 285# sets of ten. (dips really help). I consider myself very lucky to be athletic so working out with the diet the weight just fell off. I lost over 60 lbs in the first 3 months. The weight loss started to fall off bit with the addition of muscle mass. Went from size 48/46 jeans to 38/36 and 3xl shirts to some xl and 2xl. This diet is definately not for everyone, many people I know saw how I was losing weight and tried to do it but could not handle not eating the carbs. You have to be very disciplined (did i spell that right) to make this work and oh YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE and dont expect to lose 120lbs in 10 months not everyones body will react the same
