Minor setback but Back On Track

Found my wedding dress a couple weeks ago and then had a few binge days to congratulate myself I guess. Bad Idea! I knew it was a bad idea obviously but you know how you tell yourself "Just a little, just one time" GROSS
Stalled and gained back a few even.

ANYWAY I am back on track with Induction and lots of meat and eggs. Yay energy!
