    This is IMPOSSIBLE in 10 days

    I started on the 15th of October, here it is in the wee hours of the 25th, and I'm able to post that I've taken a link out of my watch and 2 inches off my belt...I wish Dr. Atkins were around for me to write him a huge thank you note...

    only about 200 more pounds to go
