Laura, I'm a little confused. Doing what you did seems good to me, but I think 2big or someone told me last week that it was considered yo-yo dieting, which could get you into trouble.
I'm doing OWL, but I didn't formally move up the rungs. I'm still losing an average of 2.92 lbs a week (according to FitDay). However, on 10/1 I'm going to a family gathering and I really wanted to go back into Induction until then. I've just been afraid of the yo-yo effect.
What do you think? Or you, 2big? If I "induce"
from tomorrow (9/23) until 10/1 and then allow 5 more carbs after that and really follow the rungs the right way? Would that be ok to do?
