    EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS

    Is it possible?? Must be I have lost 18 lbs. in one week. I just exercise for a half an hour and have been extremely strict. Is this ok?? :yikes

    Well hun, it must be possible! CONGRATS!!! Keep up the good work :icondance .....i know the past few days i havent done exericizing(sP?)...just today the induction flu left me....so im going to start exercising(sp?) tonight. again CONGRATS ON THE LOSS! :icondance :joy

      It is definitely possible! You should post your stats in your siggy height, start weight, current weight, goal weight, age, and sex--that way when you have a question we will have to info we need to answer it :yes

          yep, possible....Went I first started way back when, I lost 25 pounds the first month. congrats! :joy

                    KUDOS to you, keep up the excellent work!
                    You'll be my inspiration for my last week on induction. I just completed my first and I lost 2 pounds :yes . I think if I start exercising like I should I can increase that number to 3-4 pounds a week.
