    Hello! I am new at doing Atkins, I am really addicted to sugar, and I am confident this will help me. I have 77 pounds I want to lose. Glad to have you all as my support!

    I am on Day 15 and feel great. I was a huge sugar addict and was afraid to start Atkins because I knew I'd cheat. So far, I'm still on a roll. This board has been a god send. Stick with us and you'll be A-ok!
