  • fitday question

    Hello,
I usually dont post but I do check this board atleast three times a day! Love it, love it, love it! The support ect... is wonderful! I have learned soooo much from reading the posts here. I hope this isnt a stupid question but I cant figure out something about fitday and Im hoping someone can help me out ensive
If at 3pm my fitday calculations are:
    Cals: 904
    Fat: 69
    Pro: 62
    Carb: 11
    Fat %: 69
    Pro %: 28
    Carb %: 3
How do I raise my calories without over-dueing (is that even a word..lol) my fat and protein percentages? I have a feeling that someone will have a very easy answer to this but I cant figure it out!!

A percentage is relative to the total, so it's possible your fat % could actually down if your calories go up. Remember, your percentages will always equal 100% each day (that's just a math fact, no way around it), so unless you're eating something very high in carbs which you shouldn't be doing anyway, your ratios should stay about the same even though your calories are going up. That was a pitiful explanation, but hopefully it made some sense.
