I usually dont post but I do check this board atleast three times a day! Love it, love it, love it! The support ect... is wonderful! I have learned soooo much from reading the posts here. I hope this isnt a stupid question but I cant figure out something about fitday and Im hoping someone can help me out

If at 3pm my fitday calculations are:
Cals: 904
Fat: 69
Pro: 62
Carb: 11
Fat %: 69
Pro %: 28
Carb %: 3
How do I raise my calories without over-dueing (is that even a word..lol) my fat and protein percentages? I have a feeling that someone will have a very easy answer to this but I cant figure it out!!
