I just checked fitday and looked under 'egg, whole, fried' and adjusted the amount to 2 large, and the carb count came up as 1.
I adjusted it to 1 large, and it came out as 1 again.
One egg is .6 carbs, and fitday doesn't use increments so 1 is accurate for 1 egg. Two eggs would be 1.2, and fitday rounded down, so it comes out at 1 carb..which is pretty accurate as well.
It can be a little tricky to find your foods, but I find if I stay simple...like putting egg in instead of eggs, I will find what I need. :yes
I just put in my fried eggs on www.fitday.com and it said 2 fried eggs has 4 carbs, I thought 1 carb per egg...please help.

I use FitDay as well, however I use the "journal" section to count the net carbs. FitDay really isn't accurate at counting net carbs (and those are what count). FitDay counts total carbs, and sometimes it's not accurate either.
Use http://atkins.com/global/carb-counter/index.html this. The Atkins Carb Counter. It has most things on it... otherwise read the label and take total carbs and subtract fiber to get net carbs. Then use the journal section to count it up.
It's not difficult to find your net carbs on fitday as it will also list the fibre count, just subtract that from your total carb intake. I think that whatever counter you use, just stick to that same one for consistency.
As with Isabeau, I look at net carbs by looking at total carbs in fitday, then subtract the number of carbs from fiber and you have the overall net carb count.
I also put in raw ingredients. If I have an omelet, I'll put in all ingredients, raw, and then go from there. It's a little more tedious, but I know it's going to be right on.
And don't forget to add the fat used in cooking. In the beginning that was a 'm'I bad.

You need to put in a fibre goal in order for fibre to show in your daily totals...that will make it alot easier for you. go to the 'Goals' section in the left hand menu, and pick a daily min and max total. doesn't matter what number as longa s you put something.
Here's what mine looks like right now..i just subtract the fibre from the carbs..5net.
