In the book, Dr. Atkins gives a list of recommended supplements, including a multivitamin without iron and essential oils (omega 3 oils). he also lists the components of the Atkins Basic 3 vitamin. If you take that list to the pharmacy, try to choose the multivitamin that most closely resembles Basic 3 or you can buy Basic 3 and use that.
Thanks. This is my second try. The first time went great, I lived the lifestyle for 9 months, and lost 40 pounds. I was doing so great, and I let someone borrow my book. Shortly afterthat, family problems took over, and before you know it, I was was off. Gained back my 40 plus more. This time I'm in for life.
