  • SALT!!!

    I know we can have spices in this phase and just wondered about salt. I know it is not really good for you but don't remember alot being said about it in the book...I am almost done with the book by the way! :yes

    Personally, I think salt is one of those things that are good in moderation. High sodium may cause you to retain water, so drink extra if you're a heavy salt user. I think heavy use can lead to hyper-tension and other medical concerns too.

          Also if you use Kosher salt instead of regular table salt you can cut down on yoru sodium level and still get awesome flavor. ( Kosher is much tastier then table)
