  • My second Induction Day Menu

    Breakfast:

    3 egg omelette. Ingredients: 1/3 cup of mushrooms, 1 ounce grated cheddar cheese and 2 tbls of butter.
    1 3 oz sauage patty

    Lunch:

    9oz Hamburger patty
    2 cups of salad: Ingredients: radishes, celery, cucumber and 1tbls of Wisbone French dressing.

    Snack: 10 green olives

    Supper:

    7oz of broiled salmon with a tbls of butter(half used on asparagus) and salt and pepper.
    1 cup of asparagus steamed with butter
    1/2 small avacado.

    Supplements: Centrum Silver multi-vitamins and L-glutamine for carb control.

    100oz of water and working on more. (Man I hate water. lol )

    My hunger seemed controlled through the whole day and had a little head ache but I seem satisfied and feel good.

    Also read more of the book and have about 50 pages to go.

    It looks pretty good! The only thing I see is more than 3 cups of veggies. I think your fat intake looks pretty good. Without plugging all of that into fitday, your overall food intake seems low calorically. Don't be afraid to snack if you're hungry. Great job on the water too!

      VERY GOOD! Just watch the veggies. If you have some at breakfast (mushrooms) then you need to deduct that amount from your evening meal.

      Most folks use 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Helps up the fat.

        Please check the label on your French salad dressing. I think it has sugar in it.

        What I use on my toss salad is lemon juice and olive oil. Sounds kinda funky, but I really like it now.

        Johnny , you are doing good. Keep up the great effort. You are in for wonderful surprises. Like weightloss, wonderful self esteem, and your health will improve.
