  • OK I went shopping! muhahaha

Day 1 of my 14 day start

    3 scrambled eggs w/cheddar 2 bacon

    Lunch
Delmonico steak and green beans or taragon chicken in a creme sauce.

    dinner
lobster with drawn butter romaine salad w/feta.

    repeat 13 times :guns
I figured what the **** its expensive but I want to make it as easy as possible

The odd thing is these are the things I crave when I want food, I just usally eat a lot of bread and soda with them I dont really care for sweets all that much, so I think this will work out great to get all the sugars and carbs out of my system and I will have 2 weeks to plan some different menu items.

    Sounds delish!!!

Have you planned any snacks for if you get the munchies or cravings?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I'd add pepperoni as a carb free snack.

Also make sure to load up on water.

can you have peperami (the ready made foil packed sticks)? Are they carb free? I am trying to find something i can buy from the shops if i need a snack at work. Any other suggestions would be great!

Also, do you have to measure cheese or is that an 'all you can eat' gem too? ensive

I believe cheese is limited to 4 oz a day. Looks like you are doing great. Keep it going!!!

                Hello foxy :wave
Yes you do have to measure cheese - 3-4 ozs a day max

Actually the only 'all you can eat' is water :capital

All other foods even those with no carbs are 'eat till you are satisfied' (meaning don't stuff yourself) :hug
