    Jicama...

    Hello

    Can someone please tell me how many carbs Jicama has? I feel like I have been eating a lot of it...I heard before that is has hardly any, but I just want to make sure....

    Whoever told you they had "hardly" any carbs is deadly wrong. They are one of the carbiest veggies on the "salad" list, weighing in at 5 net carbs per 1 cup.
