    I AM A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

    Well I went to rehab today and weighed in and this being my third day on Atkins Induction Phrase 1 Program I have dropped 8.7lbs... :icondance

    I also have been taking blood sugar readings and here they are since Monday when I started the program: 129, 121, 130, 123, 115 and 99. Those have been the most consistent sugar readings that I have had in a long time.

    No one is going to tell me this Atkins program DON'T work!!!! :guns

    I am so happy I took a big pull from the water bottle!!! :capital
