    I am on my first day of Induction and I want to know if it is ok to eat low carb yougurt which is only three grams of carbs. :help
    I am a 23y/o fem 5'4
    HW 294.5
    SW/284.5
    CW280.5
    GW200(MINI)

    Dairy is on the second rung of the carb ladder AFTER induction. If it's not on the acceptable foods list, literally...it's not legal. Hope that helps

        Dear Jazzy,

        Unfortunately low carb yogurt isn't okay during the induction period. (According to the "book"). That's if you want the strict version, which most people here wlil give you! :nod good luck!

          Sorry, no it's not for Induction. Remember this WOE is not just about how carbs you eat in a day, so if you are under 20g, you aren't necessarily fine. It is about resensitizing yourself to sugar/flours/aka "whites" and getting your blood glucose under control. As earlychildhoodeducator said if it's not on the Acceptable Foods List, you have delay until OWL.

            Just adding....According to the rules of Induction, the only dairy you are allowed to eat during Induction are cream, butter and cheese.

                oh, ya thanks for adding that, I guess I automatically put those in the induction phase in my head...funny how this woe becomes so second nature, I stop thinking about the details ensive
