This is my 10th day on Induction, and I am doing very well with a 15 pound loss so far. I have one question though regarding TOM. I started TOM the second day on this induction, and was regular for 5 days, then spotting afterwards, and still spotting. Will this Induction have any effect on this??

First, congrats on your loss so far!! Weigh to go!!!
To answer your question, many if not most ladies notice an effect on TOM. Estrogen is stored in fat cells, and as the fat is lost, the estrogen is released into your bloodstream where it affects TOM. So TOM may be irregular (or maybe become regular if it wasn't before), heavier, lighter, longer, shorter, just about anything. It can take 3-4 mo for your body to adjust, but this is all normal and nothing to be concerned about. However, you could check with your doc just to be sure. There are several threads about TOM in the Women's Forum. Come join us there, and read the threads and lots more girl talk!Female
