Hi all, well, this is day five. I'm doing really good, sticking to the program, resisting temptations! Speaking of temptation, I got on the scale today when I had vowed that I wouldn't until after 2 weeks on induction. So, now at least I have a current weight. I hope we can all have a great, safe weekend. Good luck to all of you who are hitting the parties and BBQs. Just stick with this, cause I know it will work! Take care

Hi Arielle! Great job on resisting the tempations with the exception of weighing yourself
This is Day 6 for me and I also promised myslef I wouldn't weigh myself until Induciton was over. I feel great and I did my 4mile run this morning. I pushed myself more today because the other day I could only last 3.3miles and at a much slower pace. I can't wait until we both see the results of our hard work at the end of the 14 days. Do you plan on extending your Induction phase or are you going to move on to the OWL phase? Keep up the great work!! :wave

HEY ALL, NEWBIE HERE. TODAY IS DAY 5 AND I WEIGH MYSELF ABOUT EVERY 2 HOUR !! :nono I KNOW ITS BAD. WHY DO I DO IT? IT'S SO DISCOURAGING. :sadblinky I DEFINATELY WENT THROUGH THE WITHDRAWL STAGE. I WAS SO NAUSEOUS FOR 3 DAYS. FEELING MUCH BETTER NOW. I WISH I HAD THE WILL POWER NOT TO STEP ON THAT SCALE. I ALMOST QUICK A BUNCH OF TIME. I NEED MY SWEETS. I WENT TO RITE AID PHARMACY TODAY AND BOUGHT SOME RUSSEL STOUFFER CANDIES. AND SOME CARB FREE HARD CANDIES. FEELING BETTER AGAIN AND I KNOW I CAN STICK TO IT. I KNOW I HAVE TO EAT THEM IN MODERATION BECAUSE OF LAXATIVE EFFECT. SO FAR SO GOOD, NO SIGNS OF THAT YET. :yikes WELL THATS MY STORY AND I WISH EVERYONE GREAT LUCK !! HAPPY DAY
