I am officially starting Induction tomorrow and I wanted to know what to get on my trip to the grocery store.

There's a wallet sized list of all the induction friendly foods here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=66739
I'd get 3 or 4 different types of meat to start, plus veggies that you know you'll eat. I ate salad for the first week until I was comfortable enough to branch out. I always find that I need cream cheese for different recipes, or to put on celery for a snack. Just stick to the perimeter of the store, follow the list, and definitely avoid any kind of packaged foods for the first two weeks (including Atkins products).

First off, let me say welcome.. I agree, just look at the acceptable foods list and pick some things you like.. veggies and meat. And make sure you have butter, mayo, eggs, and cheese... and drink lots of water!
Good luck!!

If you don't have a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002 (DANDR for short) it's essential that you get one. It's important to know what to eat, but there are rules and guidelines on how much to eat of different foods.
All the best to you!
