  • Day 9 and I didn't cave in!!

Hey Everyone! I just got back from a "birthday breakfast/brunch" and I just ordered an omelette and I passed on the very delicious-looking chocolate mousse cake!!! I wasn't as tempted when there but I got home I craved someting sweet so...I put about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese in the microwave, added some splenda and voila...my own Atkins "cheesecake." It at least made me feel less deprived! :nod

Just thought I would tell you guys that this WOE is amazing. I have seen great results thus far in my body and can't wait to see how I will look when I continue on Induction for another 21 days.

    Thanks for listening! :wave

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
