Ok so my magic number is 2.5lbs which is almost 10% as I started at 172 and my first goal weight is 145. So YEAH!!! This weekend we were traveling/ like many others I am sure. I stayed the course (even thru a pizza hut!) It was a little more difficult as you can't read the labels for everything, but I stuck with salads, and meats. I double checked my ketostix to verify I didn't miss any hidden carbs and I am still very much in ketosis. I am debating about going to OWL. At the grocery store we went a head and got strickly Induction food, so I will probably move to extended induction. Thank you all so much for your help. My next challenge--If I stick to my running schedule (in addition to the Tae Bo) for the next 4 weeks, I will get to order Runners World magazine.

thanks for the positive outlook
I also lost 2.5 pounds after completing my 14 days yesterday. I must say I felt a bit down about it but when you look at it in terms of percentage, 10% is not bad at all! I will extend induction until I have lost 5 pounds and then move on to OWL.Cheers!
