  • PARANOID!!!

Oh my God I'm so scared sometimes that I have cheated when I really haven't. Like the other night I dreamed I ate a brownie and woke up scared that I really ate the brownie. What is wrong with me????

Lol, be easy on yourself, maybe your dreams of cheating will help you from cheating while awake

That's not uncommon to have carb dreams ... I had my share in the beginning too!!

Hang in there and be glad it was just a dream!

      YOU CAN DO IT.

I used to regularly have dreams of eating illegal stuff, but it faded away. They were such REAL dreams too! lol
It's just your brain dealing with everything. It's kind of fun after a while.

True I also have them sometimes still, heh, indeed kinda funny when you think of it later, but initially when I wake up I feel so bad, cause I still have to fully realise I didn't REALLY eat those carbloads I dreamed I did. :sadblinky

Yep, I think everyone gets them. When I quit smoking last year I use to dream about that to. I think its the minds way of dealing with body withdraws.

I don't know if its the minds way of helping out or hurting you...lol ensive
