  • Big Day Tomorrow!

Well tomorrow I go to the hospital to start rehab for the second time and will get weighed before I start rehab. I lost 8.7 lbs after two days on Induction and have not weighed since....I am very anxious to see where I am at on Wednesday. Tomorrow will be my 10th day on Induction.

I will be doing some treadmill work and some arm work and maybe some biking later. Time to get with the exercise part of this program.. I still don't have alot of energy but then again I am a very big man.

    Wish me well!!!! Johnny :guns

Johnny, I'm sure you'll very pleased with what the meatl monster has to say, It's been a while since you weighed, so the number should be very satisfying.

Good luck, and I hope all goes well at the Doc's place.

I am so happy that you don't have to stay in the hospital. Being an outpatient is so much better. This way you will be able to get the right foods. Sometimes it is hard to get the dietary dept to work with you.

June 7th, I will be sending you good vibes for you operation. Healing thoughts coming your way.

Johnny, you have made the best choice joining ha and eating Low Carb. You will never regret this choice! :hug

I am so happy I decided to eat Low Carb, it has given me back my good health and my self-respect for myself. I am so much happier and I thank Dr. Atkin's everyday.

Happy Low Carbing. I can't wait to see how much you have lost after your 14 days are complete.
