Has anyone developed this? Maybe I'm not taking enough vitamins? I take a multi vitamin 1 time a day. I read somewhere-don't remember where - I've read so much lately that when you start losing weight and become active all of the sudden that your (I won't explain right but hopefully you will understand) capillaries - I think - don't realize you have lost the weight & the blood keeps pumping as much as they normally would & that's where the bruising comes from - it also said this will go away in time - if I remember correctly. I have small bruises on my legs (several) but have just started walking lately. What do you think? Have you all read this or had something similar?
