  • Starting Over

I have to start over. I didn't gain any weight but I went off of my diet for 2 days. I am back on now. I just wanted to be accountable for my actions so I thought I would post and let everyone know. I just couldn't stay away from the baked beans and potato salad. My MIL makes the best. But, I am back and determined not to do it again.
    make it a lovely day!!

Starting back is the first step. You can do it this time. Just think, those beans are a momentary pleasure but feeling good and looking good will last a lot longer.

Drink extra water. It will help flush out all them yucky carbs.

            Welcome back :hug
If you were only off plan for a day or so then just continue your '14-days' counting from where you left off (assuming you were on that stage of Atkins). If you were on OWL then stay on induction till you get back into ketosis then go back to OWL.

Well done for picking yourself up and dusting yourself down and coming back to Atkins :clapping
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
