    Ok here it is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I went to rehab and got weighed before I started my exercise on the treadmill and lost another 7lbs so I have lost 16lbs in 10 days on the Induction phase and have eaten till I was satisfied and very little exercise...

I am now on a exercise schedule doing treadmill work three days a week and will stay on it for quite some time...

I feel pretty good about what has happened and ready to go dancing...Any takers? I two step really good!!! Johnny :guns

WOO! That's awesome Johnny. I am not weighing for a while lol. For some odd reason I expect way too much out of the scale lol.

      We can do this!

Alright, remember you might show a wieght increase after you start working out. But don't fret, just your body getting use to it...give a week or two and all will be peaceful. :nod

Not sure what the 'two step' is - but I love dancing too!! Oldfashioned 'ballroom' stuff is what I learned as a girl - waltz, quickstep, cha-cha etc.
I kinda wish I had been born a few years earlier and had learned to jive - it was 'old hat' when I was young :sadblinky - as it looks so good on the dancefloor!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
