  • First Full Day

Today is the first full day that I have done Atkins and I am so very proud of myself because I know that this will probably be one of the hardest days of Induction. I just have to keep thinking that it only gets better from here.

Just want to make sure you are aware of Induction Flu that hits you in the first week or so of Induction. If you start feeling poorly, just remember that it'll pass once your body has finished going through withdrawals.

It totally definitely gets better once that is over with!! :joy

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

On my first few days, I felt tired, sluggish, anxious, listless, lethargic and irritable - a true joy to be around. Unabashedly incorporating mayonnaise and enjoying the skin of chicken had me feeling more than a little paranoid, too. lol But after the first week, I was dropping pounds and had more energy than I knew what to do with.

Mrsfvtine, I promise it does get better!!
