hi its carli from london remember the girl who wouldn't give up her latte's well thats all changed now i'm back on the diet this is my 8th day i now have a decaf coffee with cream in the morning! my day goes 3 eggs with salad and olive oil, i power walk or run for a hour most days then lunch chicken with cheese plus decaf coffee dinner steak with salad or veg with a little cheese variety is key! i feel good. still don't have loads of energy but re reading the book over i understand this can take as long as the full two weeks
