What does it say on the package?
Look at the ingredients and check them against the list of foods you are allowed on induction.
If it ain't listed - don't eat it!!
If you are not sure what some of the ingredients are then post them here and ask what other members think :hug
Edited to add:
I just looked on the Cambell's website and the figures are
*Per 250 ml serving (Ready to use 25% less sodium Chicken broth)
16 Cal/70 kJ
Protein 3 g
FAt 0.1 g
Carbs 0.8 g
Fibre 0 g
Sodium 638 mg
So even if the ingredients are 'legal' you will need to add some fat (stir in a knob of butter) and maybe add some sliced mushrooms to regularise the percentages.
We are aiming for a balance of 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs on induction.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Don't worry :hug it does get easier!!
I usually go to google.com and type in the product name within speech marks and the word nutrition. That usually brings up the manufacturer's site and nutrition info but doesnt always bring up the actual list of ingredients.
Unfortunately a downside of Atkins induction is getting used to reading labels when shopping - and I often need my reading glasses too as the ingredients list is usually in teeny writing!!
One reason I dont buy a lot of packaged stuff but stick to meat, fresh veggies, cheese and eggs :yesWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
