Rehab/Weigh-In Today

Well I go back to rehab today for more treadmill work and will find out how much I weigh now as I start my 12th day on the Induction phase.

I have to get weighed before every rehab session and required by the hospital so I will be getting weighed three times a week...

Don't expect much for only being two days but we will see. Wish me luck!! Johnny :guns

F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
