I don't know who did it, but someone took all my energy-- and I want to catch that thief!!!! :guns


Honestly, is this normal?? I was fine yesterday morning starting the induction, but as the day wore on, my energy seemed to drain out of me, and I ended up going to bed at an way too early hour. Still feel drained this morning. If it is normal, how long can I expect it to last??

:yes - all part of Induction flu.

some of us get it worse and get "flu-like" symptoms that really make the first few days of induction hard to get through. Some others (like me) feel fine throughout induction.

Your body is going through "withdrawal" from all the carbs you had been eating pre-atkins and each of us react quite differently to this withdrawal. Feeling drained is quite common, especially in the first few days of induction and then you hear about folks suddenly having this "burst of energy" in the latter part of induction. (when your body starts embracing the Atkins WOE)
