    Palpatations

Have any of you experienced palpatations while on AWOL? I never had them until now, and I have a read a lot of protein and/or caffeine can do this. I don't have caffeine, so is the protein causing this? My doc gave me an EKG and it was fine...

I have had palpitations lately, but I'm not sure that it is caused by the Atkins diet. I also have hyperthyroid, which is a known cause. Are you on any medications?

I experienced them also, was told my potassium levels were low. After I worked upping the levels I haven't experienced them (not a lot anyway).

I had them during my original induction and they just went away. FYI, jimcama can give you potassium and there's alot you can do with it.
