ok ok so yeah, I have been weighing every day. I never had a scale before, so I'm becoming obsessive with the one I have now! It's more like I am just curious to see, but I don't think gaining a pound or 2 would get me down, because I know how the process works, and I know some days I might gain. About a month ago when I went to my grandma's house, I weighed myself at 205...then I started eating better (I wouldnt call it a diet, I still ate hot pockets and pizza rolls, just didnt eat the WHOLE box like I used to! :-p)
So I got my new scale, weighed in at 201 the morning I started Atkins...then the next day, I just couldn't help myself...I had lost 2 lbs already! woot! Then this morning I checked again and I was down another pound
Now I'm getting addicted to my daily weigh ins....uhoh! I'm assuming if I gain a pound or two I might stop. hehe.
