Everyone post up!
I was tired of doing the salad for lunch thing, and it's friday, so I thought I'd change it up a bit. I made hamburger patties (93/7 meat) with a little bit of cheddar sprinkled on top (no bun of course), and put them on a bed of fresh spinach...it was amazingly good! But after the first burger and the whole plate of spinach, I decided to save the other one for dinner! This gave me a total of 1 carb, and breakfast was only 2, so I am preparing a nice big dinner tonight!
