Hey i just posted my menu in the review my menu section and have been told that i should be eating my BMR in calories to get more effective weight loss.
I'm so not sure about that, at the moment i'm comfortably eating about 1580-1800 kcals per day but according to my BMR is should be eating about 2573 kcals per day.
Does it matter?
Am i not eating enough?
This is my 8th day on induction ive lost about 7 pounds of weight (water i guess)
This is freaking me out a little. If i feel satisfied with my 1580-1800 should i still eat more anyway?
